Preliminary Layout


 

Masthead:  

The name of the magazine is not yet decided however the chosen title for now is Easy Adventure. It will be in a bright color font on the top, center of the cover.

 

Main Image:

The main image is going to capture the beautiful landscape of one of the places featured in traveling articles. It will draw in an audience by showing them a breath-taking scene and later make them stay to find out how to go there. The main image will completely cover the front with little text on it besides the tittle so that the audience is drawn-in by the image. This is so the picture can speak for itself and nothing will distract from it. 

 

Selling Line: 

The running idea for the selling line right now is travel made for everyone.

 

Typography/Font: 

The font for the articles is going to be new times roman and size elven or twelve, depending on how it looks in the magazine. It will be this size so that there will be enough space to pack information while also making sure it’s large enough to be eligible.  

 

Feature Article Title/Content/Image/s:  

The feature article will focus on giving direct information on the less expensive ways to travel. More specifically, it will give the information on where the cover’s main image is and how to get there. The titles for the article will be larger and colored to differentiate from the text. The color will also make the text more fun and help keep readers form feeling board while reading the article. There maybe more images of the area depending on how it looks when creating the magazine.

                                                                                                                 

Content Page Styling/Article Title Ideas: 

The article titles will be similar to the feature article in the sense that it will be colored. However, the font will be smaller and may be in a different color than the Feature article. To add to this, the content page title will not be colored and will also be large. In the content page there will be a list of the different articles and what page to find them on.

Storyboard
